Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 2-4 days on average, with tracking information to let you track your order status.

DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and if applicable, choose your preferred Shipping method. If particular Shipping methods do not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for delivery by those Shipping methods.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

SHIPPING
Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 days using Fast International Shipping which may take 7-15 business days. We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada.

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to additional import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Search to Merch is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@searchtomerch.ca with your order number and photo(s)/video, of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
